Tour Request Information

Thank you for your interest in a private group tour of MIT!

Please review the following information before submitting your request.

Programming
Groups of 6–50 students are welcome to submit a request for a private group tour led by a current MIT student. Tours last approximately 60 minutes. Please note the tour is designed for prospective undergraduate students in their college search process.

These visits do not include an information session, and we are not able to accommodate groups larger than 50 people.

Availability
This form is a request only, your visit is not confirmed until you receive an email from our office. We require a minimum of 3 week's notice to schedule a private group tour. Please allow 3–5 business days for a response regarding the status of your request.

Please Note: Our programming is designed for prospective undergraduate applicants. The tour focuses on the lived experiences of current MIT students. If your group doesn’t consist of prospective undergraduate applicants to MIT, we will still try to accommodate you, but please be aware that the tour may not be what you are looking for. This tour does not focus on the history or architecture of MIT, does not enter lab or dorm spaces, and is not designed as a primer to campus for people looking to find their way around.

This form is a request for a group visit, not a confirmation of programming. You will hear from our office with either a confirmation of programming or an update that we are not able to accommodate your group.*

Accommodations

We welcome visitors with disabilities and are happy to make our campus tour accessible. If you or someone of your party requires a disability-related accommodation, please describe the requested accommodation in the field below. Someone from our visit team will reach out to you directly. We recommend that you provide two weeks notice so that we can prepare for your visit. If you are registering with less than two weeks from the date of your visit, we will do our best to meet your needs in the time available.
